1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website of the Greater Southlake Hispanic Chamber of Commerce ("GSHCC," "Chamber," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our website.

2. Membership

Membership in the GSHCC is subject to acceptance of your application, payment of applicable dues, and compliance with the Chamber's bylaws and code of conduct. Membership dues are non-refundable except as otherwise provided in writing by the Chamber.

The Chamber reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate membership at its sole discretion for conduct deemed harmful to the organization, its members, or the community it serves.

3. Events and Registration

Event registrations are subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before an event may forfeit registration fees. The Chamber reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to inclement weather or emergency situations.

4. Business Directory

Listing in the GSHCC Business Directory is a membership benefit. Members are responsible for keeping their directory information accurate and up to date. The Chamber does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the products, services, or claims of any listed business.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and multimedia — is the property of GSHCC or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

6. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. By using the website, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

7. Limitation of Liability
